In 2010, Engage was established by Mackenzie Hall Group, one of the UK's fastest growing and most innovative debt resolution companies, to offer a new, more flexible service for people who are really struggling to pay what they owe.
We work on behalf of banks and other credit suppliers, as well as debt purchasers.
They identify which debtors they believe are struggling, and pass their account details on to us.
It's then up to Engage to contact the customer, and figure out, set up and maintain a fair and flexible payment plan based on what the customer can afford.
Engage is based in Kilmarnock near Glasgow, within Group head office, and is staffed by a small but dedicated team of professionals who bring both debt and customer service experience, and are there to help our clients' customers address their debt in an affordable, feasible manner.
